Located on the island of Elbow Cay in the White Sound area, this vacation rental is only steps away to all the amazing experiences the island has to offer including beaches and resorts. Sunny Daze is a brand new custom built home featuring 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has an inverted floor plan with kitchen and living areas upstairs, and 3 bedrooms downstairs (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 king with in-suite bath). All bath and laundry is located on the bottom floor.

Step out onto the balcony and enjoy incredible sunrise views of the Atlantic ocean every morning of your stay. At Sunny Daze you are a short walk from Seaspray Marina, and only a golf cart ride away from Hopetown, shopping, groceries, restaurants, and just 3/4 of a mile to Tahiti Beach.

The Location

Elbow Cay is a small island 6 miles long that is a 20 minute ferry ride from Marsh Harbour. The White Sound area on Elbow Cay is just a short cart ride from the historic settlement of Hopetown. Located on the southern central part of the island, Sunny Daze is just steps away from the incredible Sea Spray Marina. Traveling farther south, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Tahiti Beach at the south end of Elbow Cay. Since Elbow Cay is only six miles long in its entirely, nothing is too far away.

Getting Here…

There are a number of flight options to travel to the main Airport in Marsh Harbour, with many connections out of South Florida.  There are also direct flights from Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA.  After arriving in Marsh Harbour, there’s always a number of taxis awaiting outside the terminal to take arriving visitors to the ferry dock. Taxis can make a few pit stops along the way if needed. There is a large modern grocery store, Maxwell’s, on the way to the ferry dock.  Maxwell’s is a very well stocked grocery store comparable to a grocery store in the states.  There are also 3 smaller grocery stores on Elbow Cay if you want to pick up your essentials there. 

The ferry ride from Marsh harbor to Hopetown, Elbow cay is a beautiful and easy 20 min ride across crystal waters. You’ll provide the ferry captain with your caretaker’s name and the captain will radio ahead to make sure your caretaker is waiting for you in Hopetown at the ferry dock. If you want, you can charter your own private ferry at the Albury ferry office at the dock in Marsh Harbour and get taken directly to White sound, where you can step off the ferry just 200 yards from Sunny Daze.
